Meet Marc:

I specialize my practice in the areas of bankruptcy and real estate; not only do I execute transactions, but I also creatively problem solve broader bankruptcy and real estate related litigation. Both my clients and my colleagues consult me for my expertise and my creative approach to navigating New York’s intricate real estate landscape. Additionally, my practice is well known for delivering favorable outcomes to my clients in need of strategic counsel in family/divorce issues, foreclosure defense, and in small business strategy and litigation.

I am committed to the betterment of my community through developing meaningful relationships with my clients that last a lifetime. My practice is based upon three foundational values: disciplined ethics, clear communication, and a human-centric approach to litigation.
